IT or Information Technology is one of the most expensive and continuously rising industries in the world. The IT spending is even anticipated to rise after the year of 2009. But according to Gartner, it is actually expected to do the other way around. By 2010, IT spending is expected to trim down due to the debt problems in Europe which has lead to many disappointments.
