Dtech ITIT Support in 2010 is a much different term than even ten years ago. With the development of remote access software your IT Support company does not only, not need to come out to your office or home to see you, but  on the whole doesn’t even have to be in the same country.

Yes, with the latest versions of remote access software like Logmein and Gotomypc to name a couple, the need for endless site visits to cure a problem is all but gone. Of course the occasional visit is required and so worldwide IT Support isn’t fully possible at the moment but with the current software advances who is to say how long that will remain.

Further advances with the IPhone and other mobile communications also mean alerts and warnings will be passed on to users and administrators faster than ever before, allowing computer systems and networks to become even more secure.

It would seem that the SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises) are also seeing the potential of having contracted out IT Services with over 50% of those surveyed classing IT Support as more important than Banking Support or having a competent accountant.

All in all the future of IT Support and Technical services is looking better than ever with better service and support being offered to the end user.
