With this package everything is included you of course get the same level of service as Maintenance Lite, where your computers are on a contract with guaranteed response times, helpdesk and telephone support. Although there are no callout charges, you get a fixed price quote with no additional costs on the items that are covered by contract.
Maintenance Lite is a monthly paid contract, were we support and maintain your IT equipment. With this option you have reassurance that any technical issues that may cause you problems and slow down your workforce will be addressed with a guaranteed 4 or 8 hour response time (dependant upon contract)

This option is when there is no contract involved you pay an hourly charge when a technician is required. There are no guaranteed callout times with this option but you will receive the same level of service you would expect.

We provide a full computer help desk service to you and your team to resolve your problems and questions quickly.

When the user contacts D-Tech for advice or assistance, we have the ability to share that users PC screen. This connection is done via your internet connection and completely secure and confidential.
