Remote Access
When the user contacts D-Tech for advice or assistance, we have the ability to share that users PC screen. This connection is done via your internet connection and completely secure and confidential.
Remote access means that:
- Technical problems are solved faster
- There is no need for a technician to be called out
- Calls are less hassle as the user does not have to explain what is on their screen
- Remote access can also be used for training proposes
